Select Extensions> Install / Uninstall in the main menu
Clic on Components tag and select AllEvents.
Clic on unistall button to cuppress AllEvents from your Joomla website
As reminder, the installation of any AllEvents plugin or modulese is only performed with Joomla!
You can import your events from an ICS calendar file.
Events data are mapped of the next way:
Event title = VEVENT SUMMARY
Venue = LOCATION
Description = DESCRIPTION
Begin = DTSTART
End = DTEND
Category = CATEGORIES
Agenda = Défini à l'imprt
Update = Current Current Date
Publishdate = Current Date
Editeur = Current User
Organisateur = Current User
No existing venues are created during the import.
No existing catageories are created during the import.
AllEvents is only tested with the default template delivered with Joomla! (Isis) and we only support this one.
AllEvents is optomized to run with almost all Joomla!. We especially check that it runs with the well-known template providers (as Joomlart T3, Rockettheme, etc.).
Our CSS code is usually prefixed. So, you your template should not be disturbed.
This error message is generated by the fact that you are trying to display data from AllEvents and the users for the respective id no longer exist. In order to fix this issue you will need to run two SQL queries from phpMyAdmin(or a similar database tool):
UPDATE jos_allevents_activities SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_agenda SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_categories SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_enrolments SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_events SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_public SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_ressources SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
UPDATE jos_allevents_sections SET created_by='your_admin_id' WHERE created_by='your_user_id'
These queries will update the records from the mentioned tables for the specified user id.
Note: Don't forget to change jos with the actual prefix of that table
It seems that the French Allevents language file is no longer included in Joomla 3.7. In order to correct, we request you to upload the FR pack language:
All will be completely corrrected in ALlEvents 3.4.5
There are two possibilities :
- If you have the calendar at ICS format and you want get back all the events ==> CS file import will be the solution
- If you have the calendar at ICS format and you just want display the events ==> integration of the calendars to display in the FullCalendar display.
When registrations to an event are autorized, list display of the registrations in frontend can beset to "Nonody", "the creator" or "managed by ACL" (?)
Could we add too the option "everybody", "a group (for example: Super Users)?
==> ACL is a Joomla acronym. it means permissions. You just need to add this right in the group autorizations.
AllEvents -> Parameters -> Rights -> Gorup -> Registrations visible in Fornt - > Allowed
There are three ways to manage multi-languages:
Different events, categories, menu links, etc by language
It's the usual Joomla! way. The disadvantage is that you different events with separate registrations, etc. All is separate without any issue.
Use the provided tags in the backend to manage the title and the description for any event.
Use language Joomla overrides for the title, etc.
For example, define the title of the event in COM_ALLEVENTS_MON_EVENEMENT_TITLE, then create the language Joomla override. For additional information about the language overrides, goto the Wording Modification (Language overrides).
In date of 02/03/2017, I didn't kow ESS...
As reminder, ESS is described in video presentation of the ESS solution. To summarize, it's a RSS flow for events.
Generating an ESS flow AllEvents events is possible... and not too complex.
It's an idea to digg... If tou are interested in, send me an e-mail :)
As for every component, AllEvents proposes full screen views.
In order to create a menu entry, you have to add a new menu entry and select Type of menu link AllEvents.
It's mainly proposed views as "List of ", "Display of a single item", Display of a calendar.
